Setup Failed to Configure Server

Issue: When installing MSDE as part of the Aphelion install you get the following error: "Setup Failed to Configure Server".

Solution: The most likely cause of this error is that Aphelion has been previously installed in the machine upon which you are installing it. When Aphelion and MSDE was uninstalled the MSDE instance name was not removed as part of the MSDE uninstall. As a result when you re-install and it attempts to create the Aphelion MSDE instance it is unable to do so as one already exists.

This issue is a Microsoft problem and not an Aphelion problem. In order to resolve this issue follow the steps in the attached document.
