How do I upgrade a package or service for a client?

Question: I have sold a package/service to a client and part way through they have decided to upgrade (or downgrade) the package. How can i do this in the system.

Solution: Refer to the attachment but basically you need to cancel out the renmaining sessions and invoices for the old package/service and then resell the new package/service.
